Los Angeles Angels are eying Ian Kinsler
Another trade rumor in Major League Baseball is on the horizon.
This time it involves Detroit Tiger's second baseman, Ian Kinsler.
Anthony Fenech of the Detroit Free Press is reporting that the Los Angeles Angels are planning to make a trade for Kinsler.
The Tigers are in the process of rebuilding and the Angels are in the market for a second baseman.
A trade for Kinsler makes sense for the Angels at this time.
Kinsler has a $11 million option on his contract for the 2018 season.
Kinsler has played 12 seasons in the MLB. Four with the Tigers and eight with the Texas Rangers.
Kinsler has hit .273/.342/.447 with 234 home runs and has 225 stolen bases during his career.
