Matthews scored two goals last night, including his 20th of the season in a 5-3 win over the Buffalo Sabres.

"I really liked our start to the game," said Leaf's head coach, Sheldon Keefe after the game.
Frederik Gauthier put the Leafs ahead 1-0 at 2:30 of the first period.
Matthews scored back-to-back goals at 4:47 and 17:39 of the second period.
Keefe said at the post game press conference that he wasn't too pleased with the way his team played in the second period.
"I didn't like a lot of our game in the second period," said Keefe.
Buffalo got on the scoreboard just 1:29 into the third period with a goal by Rasmus Dahlin.
Dmytro Timashov put the Leafs up by three goals again at 4:58.
Jack Eichel scored 6:30.
Kyle Okposo made it a 4-3 game at 14:41.
Fortunately for Toronto, Ilya Mikheyev scored a short handed, empty net goal at 17:26.
Buffalo's Victor Olofsson had two assists.
Toronto's Tyson Barrie also had two assists last night.
Toronto is off for two days before the team heads to New York to face the Rangers on Friday night.
