Matthews, Hyman Scores Two Goals In Leafs Win

Toronto Maple Leaf's Auston Matthews and Zach Hyman had the scoring touch last night.

Both players had two goals in a 5-2 win over the St. Louis Blues.

Hyman scored just 2:50 into the game.

Ivan Barbashev tied the game at 4:35.

Auston Matthews put the Leafs ahead again with a goal at 6:51.

Then, Hyman scored a short handed goal at 9:12.

Jason Spezza made it 4-1 Leafs with a power play goal at 12:57.

Matthews scored a power play goal at 9:29 of the second period.

"We were really good on special teams," said Leaf's head coach, Sheldon Keefe after the game.

David Perron scored St. Louis's second goal at 2:02 of the third period.

Toronto's Mitch Marner had two assists last night.

The Leafs are off for two days before heading off to Vancouver to take on the Canucks on Tuesday night.
