It is unclear on how close the Minnesota Twins are in striking a deal with veteran first baseman, Mike Napoli.
MLB Network's Jon Heyman reported yesterday that the talks are becoming serious, however, MLB.com's Mark Friensand. tweeted that the Twins are not even closed to a deal.
Napoli hit 29 home runs with the Texas Rangers last year.
In 2016, Napoli hit 34 home runs in 150 games.
