Kikuchi Goes The Distance In 7-0 Route Over Jays

The Toronto Blue Jays obviously had trouble figuring out Seattle Mariner's Yusei Kikuchi yesterday.

The Mariners pitcher went the distance, pitching in all nine innings.

Kikuchi allowed just two hits, no earned runs, a walk, and struck out eight batters.

Seattle's Tom Murphy went two for four at the plate and had two RBIs.

Toronto's starter, Wilmer Font, went just two innings, allowing three hits, an earned run, no walks, and struck out three batters.

Toronto has the day off today.

The Jays open a series tomorrow night against the hottest team in the league.  Los Angeles Dodgers.
