Jays Shut Out Rangers And Win Series

The Toronto Blue Jays didn't crush the Texas Rangers as the team did on Monday night.

The Jays did, however, shut out Texas 3-0 last night and won the three game series.

Randal Grichuk hit a solo home run in the bottom of the second inning.

There was no more scoring until the bottom of the sixth inning.

Teoscar Hernandez made it 2-0 Jays with a solo home run.

The next batter, Billy McKinney, also hit a solo home run.

Grichuk went two for four at the plate and had a RBI.

Jay's pitcher, Thomas Pannone, went four innings, allowing two hits, no earned runs, two walks, and struck out two batters.

Texas's Danny Santana went two for four at the plate.

Ranger's starting pitcher, Lance Lynn, went six innings, allowing four hits, an earned run, three walks, and struck out six batters.
